Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my amazing clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows after 15 minutes, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file.
All services are non-refundable. To ensure your satisfaction, any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours after your appointment. I’m happy to make necessary adjustments if notified within this timeframe. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
